Needs sorting out: Make sure there is not still some pregnancy hormone in the blood - check hcg. If that is negative then need to ask whether the uterus lining (endometrium) can build up and have a menses: you can do this by giving estrogen and Progesterone (higher dose bcp's) for a 21 day pill pack and then stop. If again no menses then there is some concern regarding scarring of the uterus. Have your gyn pursue it.
