Unlikely: First question i would ask is "are you on birth control?" if the answer to that is no, then you should seek a consultation at your local clinic. Ultrasound will give you an immediate answer. Abortion does not decease your fertility at all. Also, the hormone you are referring to should be completely cleared from your system in 4-6 weeks. 2 months is more than enough time to have a negative test.
