See the dentist asap: If it is a wisdom tooth that didn't completely erupt and is hard to access when you're brushing your teeth, it may not be worth saving it. If the tooth is in an upright position and has an opposing tooth, try and save it. The more this applies to a second molar. It is difficult to help without knowing the actual condition but i hope this helps. Feel better soon...

Emergency, see DDS: This may or may not be related to your wisdom tooth. No way of knowing if it is a tooth or gum problem and whether the hole is due to an unerupted tooth, a cavity in a tooth or a gum infection. Whatever it is, it obviously needs immediate attention so see your dentist as soon as possible.
