I have an inflamation on the lower part of my right side of head & have another round hard inflamation just behind my ear which is painful.pls explain?

Probable lymph node: I'm not sure exactly where the inflammation is on your head but if it is above and/or behind the ear then the bump behind the ear is probably a lymph node enlarged because it is involved or affected area will drain toward it. Try warm compresses but if continues for more than a few days then may need antibiotics.
