This could be a: contact rash from earrings, but also could be eczema. The fluid is because of the inflammation of the layers of skin, which then causes the fluid to build up and the outer layer of skin to leak the fluid out (called serous fluid). You should see your doctor or a dermatologist; either should be able to help you with this problem.
