You should consult an ENT doctor for treatment of the salivary gland stone. Leaving the obstructed duct unattended could cause infection and/or atrophy of the salivary gland.

Please see specialist Oral Surgeon for definitive diagnosis and treatment. If you problem is in fact a ParotidGland duct stone it should be removed.
