What could be done about a 7 month olds bowing in of legs and one leg being 1 cm longer?

Very : Difficult to measure leg length. Take the infant to see a pediatric orthopedic surgeon before the possible deformity becomes permanent.

See below: If leg length discrepancy is real, your child has to be evaluated by pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Could be from hip problem, e.g., developmental hip dysplasia. Bowing-in of lower legs is normal at this age.
