See below: It's nothing to do with your diet, sorry. It's physiological at this age and will go away as she grows. The newborn's ger relates to their liquid diet, such as bm, the immaturity of the low esophageal sphincter, and positioning (most of the time lying horizontally in the bed). I bet, you were advised by your pcp to burp her during the feeding, elevate the head of the bed and thickening the feeds.
