Let down fast: Sounds like your let-down reflex is coming to fast for her to handle. Suggest you start pumping about a half ounce of milk off before you nurse to get that initial fast splash of milk come to your pump rather than to the baby. Then, once the initial rapid flow slows down, put her to breast and let that good hind milk flow more slowly and manageable for her! thanks for nursing your baby

Ask your dr...: ...To evaluate for this - gerd and pyloric stenosis are possibilities, and there are other more rare conditions.

Express prior: Your letdown may be too much for your newborn. Try to express some milk prior to feeding to allow the flow of milk to be more steady. Take breaks during feeds to allow her to catch up with your milk flow.
