Breastfeeding: Feeding the newborn can be one of the hardest things for the mew mom esp. if her supply < demands. There are many ways to approach this. You need to find one you are most comfortable with. First, let me clearly state breast is best and is liquid gold for the infant. Formula is ok to bridge until milk supply comes in. Consultation with lactation specialist can help mom optimize her milk supply.
