HIV : not the issue!: I am often amazed at how worried people get about HIV when the stories they tell are so far from any possible HIV infection and so obvious for other problems. I do not get this panic about HIV when there is no way it is part of the current problem. Excessive dry skin is not a symptom of HIV infection. There are at least five other common possibilities. Perhaps seeing a skin doctor is wise.
