Yes, but...: Especially if upper teeth trying to erupt. May also be sign of cold, allergy, etc. If tooth pops in and runny nose persists, see your pediatrician. By the way, 1st dental appointment age 1. See a pediatric dental specialist for growth & development supervision, oral hygiene instruction, Fluoride management, and to make sure the erupting teeth are ok.

No It's not. : Babies who are teething tend to pick up things & put them in their mouth & that makes them prone to infections & that could cause cold & runny nose.
