Pustular skin rash: By small boils, I am assuming you mean pustules. Vesicles filled with clear fluid are different. A number of different skin conditions can give itching and pustules, such as pustular psoriasis, bacterial or fungal infections, drug reactions, scabies, several different autoimmune conditions, heat rash, and others. Please see your dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment.

Molluscum: You may have molluscum contagiosum which is a virus of the skin and can cause severe itching. See a dermatologist or your doctor for help.
