Folliculitis: See a dermatologist for best result. Meanwhile get a shampoo with salicylic acid or zinc pyrethrum or selenium sulfide or ketoconazole and use every day in a shower. Find a solution with hydrocortisone and rub in daily. A Dr can prescribe fluocinonide solution and doxycycline [minocycline] oral.
