Bump like boil in the middle of my back on the spine, its been there for about a month, at times it itches and at other times it hurts.

Exam/treatment: this may be a sebaceous cyst or abscess. Cannot be diagnosed without direct visualization. This may require surgical excision or drainage. Please get examined, evaluated, diagnosed and treated.
