I have had a pea sized lump in my arm for about 2.5 months now, went to see a doctor 3 weeks ago and he said it was fine, should i still be concerned?

Just "fine"?: That was all you got and you didn't ask for more info? Likely a lymph node, depending on where exactly. Could be a tiny lipoma or an inclusion or a cyst. If node and persistently swollen, might need needle biopsy. Need more info, exam, and to demand more detailed explanation from your dr.
