This doesn't sound at all like cancer, which never would first show up as such a small lump or two.

Enlarged lymph nodes are indicative of an immune response. This can be due to minor infections such as a small cut, sore throat, even a sinus infection. If your In person Dr's have examined them and said that they were normal, you should not worry.

Two should be enough. The size is normal. Preoccupation with health status is often a socially more acceptable cover for general anxiety. I would ask your doc if they know a life coach you could learn stress management skills from.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. What you described is not suggestive of cancer. Wish you good health!
