A few weeks ago i noticed a pea sized hard lump under my arm. no pain, no redness, no visual sign of anything. should i get my physician to check it ?

Yes: Unsure of where specifically you are speaking of, but it could be a lymph node and unsure if you are male or female as I do not see it above, but axillary lymph node swelling needs to be checked. It may be absolutely nothing to worry about, and most likely is, but it would be best to rule out scary things first. Is it in your armpit? Any breast masses? If so, get it checked sooner than later.
