I just got over bronchitis, my son has been coughing for two days and has a fever should i take him to the doctor ?

Yes: Bronchitis is usually caused by a virus and antibiotics are not recommended. But if your child has a fever and a cough for more than 2 days, he should be checked for other types of infection. It may be a virus as well, but it's hard to tell without an evaluation. Antibiotics do not help viral infections at all- they just need to run their course.
