Need more info: Hard to say without more info. Have you had previous surgery? Has the pain continued or just the gas? Has a doctor examined your abdomen? Any thing else effect it? Eating? Bowel movement? Urination? Any other symptoms? Fevers? Nausea? Burning with urination? Digestive issues, urinary issues, gyne issues could all present this was. You should see your primary md who could start a work up.
