Glaucoma 30% nerve damage with some peripheral vision loss. have started treatment. dr said at 50% damage i would notice vision loss. sound right?

Not likely: In my experience, patients with glaucoma rarely notice the loss of vision until it is far advanced. Also there is no reliable way to estimate the percentage loss of nerve. We generally judge the extent of disease with the peripheral vision test as mild, moderate or severe.
