Damage to optic nerve is 30 percent. with treatment how likely is it that in the future i will notice loss of peripheral vision in my sight?

Depends on cause: If you have a progressive disorder, which eludes treatment success, there is risk of added loss, but if this was an acute event, unlikely that you will experience peripheral involvement in near future. Talk to an ophthalmologist and get better informed of cause, future prognosis, and efficacy of various treatment.S.
