Lactose intolerance?: It is good that you had a normal CT scan and bloodwork as that can exclude many anatomical issues including appendicitis, colitis, infection or tumor. Are there certain foods that make this worse? Do you see a relationship to dairy products? What about wheat products? Should consider lactose intolerance or possibly celiac disease. I would consult with GI specialist at this point
