Headaches: Episodic tension type heache is a primary headache disorder. The reported pain is a band like (vice-like) or squeezing sensation. Associated with stress or tension and relieved with resting or analgesics. Dizziness may or may not be related for the headache. Check with your physician for adequate physical exam to make sure diagnostic testing is not necessary.
