Yes: And you should not only stop the Keflex immediately, but make sure that you never again take a cephalosporin antibiotic without being in the presence of a doctor who knows what occurred with the Keflex and is trying to desensitize you to treat an infection that cannot be managed with an alternative class of drugs.
