Yes: Probably an allergic reaction to the keflex. Do not take any more until you talk to the pediatrician or see a doctor at an urgent care.

Rash on Keflex: Usually a true allergy happens within the first 24-48 hours. It may still be a hypersensitivity or drug eruption from Keflex or a viral exanthum of childhood like roseola. Best to return to the pediatrician or family dr for exam and documentation purposes.
