CTD & Lungs : With clinical features of lupus/ra, family history of lupus/ra, & blood tests indicating an underlying rheumatological disorder, most likely ra/lupus or another auto-immune disease process is present. Pft is one way of evaluating unexplained sob. Both RA & lupus can cause various forms of pulmonary disease which is another indication for the pft. Breath deep and as hard as you can!
