You can be stopped.: You can't fight the hospital policy for taking care of you and your child the way they established. You signed consent for that matter on admission. But if the mother refuses to breastfeed, the formula feeding is the normal option for the child and hospital is the one who should provide it. Don't fight with them: just explain your reasons why you don't want to breastfeed the child.
