Continue exercise: Typically exercise results in lower blood sugars. If sugars are high to start, they can sometimes go higher with exercise. Sometimes exercising in the morning causes sugars to rise, but doing the same exercise in the afternoon or evening causes it to drop. The benefits of exercise outweigh any temporary effect on your blood sugar, so i would continue it.
