Probably not: If there is no pain or instability on walking, it is likely not too severe of a sprain. Keep up the rice for a few more days. Avoid uneven surfaces. If it improves, you should be fine. If not, see a podiatrist for an exam and x-rays.

Sprain: Rice is a great start but i would get at least an x-ray or MRI to be safe.
