I did get my ankle checked out at toc and they told me i tore all three ligaments, i've been in an air cast and swelling has not gone down., but i still have a sore ankle, sore to the touch sore to certain movements, it happened early july. ?

If you tore all 3 : Ligaments I'd consider something more than just an aircast.....and I wouldn't recommend you walking on it either....it's just too unstable...
