Fell on left side jamming my right foot into cabinet base 9/7. i have a class 2 sprain with swelling and bruising which has gone down with rice. i dont have a wrap. my concern is the discoloration and warm feeling is up to my knee. urgent care?

The blood from contusion can travel up to the knee if you were in supine position for long hours after the fall. Currently, if there is no knee pain and knee's range of motion is unlimited, you should be fine; otherwise, an urgent care visit is reasonable.
