Yes: Crohn's disease (especially ileal disease) can be associated with gallstones and gallbladder disease. Need to see md if having cholecystitis, especially if taking cd meds that affect white blood cells or immunity. Generally, should remove gallbladder once episodes of gallbladder attacks, to avoid complications like infection of bile duct or pancreatitis (inflammation).
