Can crohn's disease cause joint pain?

Yes: Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are both inflammatory bowel diseases and both can be associated with joint pains, though it's more common with crohn's disease than with ulcerative colitis. Usually the joint pains get worse when the digestive problems flare up. Here's a link to some more info on this: http://ibdcrohns.About.Com/cs/relatedconditions/a/arthritisibd.Htm.
