Can a pinched nerve at l4/l5 cause digestive issues such as diarrhea? (i'm being treated for this, had pinched nerve for 10 months. i've had this diarrhea for 8 months). saw gastro, no crohns, colitis, etc) no complete loss of bladder control?

Such nerve compression is not a likely cause of diarrhea. Almost certainly these are entirely separate problems.
