Stone it Could Be: The set of physical and subjective findings your are describing fit nicely with kidney stones. Unfortunately kidney stones don't fit we'll with you. Time for a doctor visit and tests on your urine for starters. If the pain becomes suddenly worse i would head to the er for quick work up.
