See answer: Epidididymitis or prostatitis would be common causes of testicular and lower abdominal pain. Epididymitis usually associated with noticeable swelling and tenderness (and not so with non-bacterial prostatitis) and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds. Non-bacterial prostatitis (most common form) treated with a variety of measures. Recommend you see md or urologist if persists.
