How can i stop taking buspirone and citalopram and if i stop will i still fell the enxiety and depression?

First talk to ur Dr.: S/he prescribed you both meds to treat ur depression & anxiety. If you stop your meds on your own, it is at your own risk, not medically recommended at all. Avoid this & be safe: get a second opinion if needed, make sure you are helped and monitored by a psychiatrist you trust, together u will review your meds and consider other non meds treatment options like talk therapy, relaxation, etc.
