Possibly, and...: Antidepressants in general may take 4-6 wks to work and so this should be kept in mind. I'm not sure your current dosage, thus can't be sure if u need higher dosage. U may need additional or different medication to help your symptoms. Reconsult your doc for further assessment. In the meantime, doing some outdoor activities, group activities, aerobic exercise etc..Which may help. Best of luck..
