Could i have been misdiagnosed with bipolar or adhd when in fact it's just pcos and hormone imbalance?

Very unlikely: It's highly unlikely and i wonder how out of balance your hormones were to cause such symptoms.

Rule it out: Ruling out medical issues as they can affect mentation is important. Most people are diagnosed very young with adhd, diagnoses later in life are less common. If the medical conditions are in check and the symptoms of adhd continue. I would recommend getting testing to determine the disorder by a psychologist.
