Is there any way to fix pcos. or even just manage symptoms naturally. how can i reset my hormones so there is no imbalances? i've been bleeding for 1 full year. every day. my endometrial lining was 13mm thick 1 year ago. now 9mm thick?

PCOS is such a complex issue. A spectrum of both physical and hormonal abnormalities. Treatment varies from just lifestyle recommendations, hormonal manipulation and use of metformin. A consultation with an endocrinologist gynecologist would be worthwhile for a comprehensive evaluation. You may have to go to a department of gynecology at a university hospital to find one.
