PCOS is such a complex issue. A spectrum of both physical and hormonal abnormalities. Treatment varies from just lifestyle recommendations, hormonal manipulation and use of metformin. A consultation with an endocrinologist gynecologist would be worthwhile for a comprehensive evaluation. You may have to go to a department of gynecology at a university hospital to find one.
