Prolotherapy, prolozone, or platelet rich plasma during physical therapy? which best odds for mild but troublesome bulging cervical disc?

Get another opinion: As a mild bulging disc in your neck is not the issue nor are the treatments your are mentioning other than some short term pt. Time is the best healer as is the judicious use of some medications and other possible pain management techniques but get an opinion from an orthopedic spine surgeon or neurosurgeon first.

Disc bulging: Main therapy is time, good hydration and physical therapy to stabilize. Prolo and prp are natural options to help if conservative care is not giving you relief. Osteopathic manipulation, chiropractic or massage may also help.
