Temporary: You could try a sleep aid, like Diphenhydramine (/benadryl) or zolpidem (/ambien) for a few days to help make you sleepier to overcome the annoyance---but you need to see an ear-nose-throat dr for evaluation as to cause if any opportunity to resolve the issue. Sleep aid will not address it in any fashion, just help shut off your brain, and eventually you will overcome its benefit. See ENT dr.
