Yes: I have checked out the ingredients and it looks like a very good quality multivitamin, better than most! however, I am concerned that your eating habits are not good. Vitamins are not a substitute for a healthy diet. A good diet is crucial during pregnancy. Please start improving your diet now- limit sugars, artificial sweeteners & fried foods, have salads & more vegetables & fruits! good luck!

Vitamins are beneficial but foods contain MANY important micronutrients like flavonoids & polypehnols that are not in vitamin pills (or added in trivial amounts). Eat fruits & veggies of all the colors of the rainbow- the pigments are beneficial nutrients. Consider a superfood supplement like ORAC Energy Greeens or VItamineral Green.

Agree wholeheartedly about whole food nutrition vs. supplements. Still, Pure Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica is a great "green" supplement also. Most of these products can be found fairly economically on iHerb.com or vitacost.com.
