My 10 month old is coming off an ear infection and has been tilting his head to the right side the last couple days.

Congestion?: Difficult to know without an exam what is going on. Have his pediatrician examine the ear and if necessary refer you to a pediatric ent. Hope the little guy feels better very soon.
