My 11 month old daughter had a ear infection last week she then got a fever and lymph node on the left side of neck the fevers has now went away however the lymph node is still present what should be done?

Patience: The typical reactive lymph node will increase/decrease in size over a 3 week cycle.I would not expect it to fade to resting size so quickly.
