MEN-1: With pancreatic polypeptide levels borderline elevated, this may well point to a pancreatic islet cell tumor. Watch out for signs of elevated glucose ( Alpha cell tumor), low sugar (beta cell), or "stomach" ulcers ( non-beta, zollinger-ellison). These symptoms may be the first clinical clue of functioning pancreatic endocrine tumor. You might want to consult an endocrinologist now, if you already.

Lab data: You need to see an endocrinologist and be examined and retested if necessary. Labs without history and exam are almost worthless. Please see a good doctor and ask many questions. Hope you are free of illness and feeling well soon.

Not unlikely: Neuroendocrine tumors can be difficult to detect. If the symptoms persist or worsen, there are more sophisticated imaging modalities available to look for occult tumors, including gallium 68. If you have other family members who have been diagnosed with pancreatic or adrenal tumors and/or hyperparathyroidism, men1 would be possible.
