What causes elevated lipase, amylase, transaminases (x 2-15) in the presence of normal liver and pancreas on ct? i have phpt and unid. adrenal tumor.

Gallstones: Gallstones or bile duct narrowing/strictures can cause laboratory findings like that. Some stones are too small to see on ct scans, but still can cause problems in you pancreas and biliary system.
