Sugars not a diet: Any carbohydrate product you choose will not spur any weight loss. Sugars, (apples are 100% sugar) do not lead to weight loss but to weight gain. To lose weight you need to have a low calorie diet that is 60% proteins, 25% complex carbs and 15% fats. You should view your diet as sugars are lethal and will not help. Then exercise is also key. But, moderate exercise with hr around 130 bpm.
