I think you: Need to go in. Thrombosis in the jugular vein? Call docs, tell them about the pain control issue and get treated. The jugular vein is an unusual place to have a dvt, make sure mood is treated and u r skeeping at night. If on chemo, Mirtazapine at night can help with nausea, sleep and mood and modafanil can help w/fatigue due to chemo. Good luck, wish i had more to offer.
